But It's a Good Hurt

I just took my first ride on the new bike...and I'm still sans broken bones or bruises. But my legs? Yeah. Kinda numb. I'm here to give major props to those of you who do this regularly, because I may do a whole lotta walking and hiking, but biking - haven't done that regularly since I was about 22 years old. I did a lot of uphill but probably only rode about 3-4 miles. Even my arms are hurting?! So I'm gonna have some work ahead of me, but I'm ready for the challenge!

So I'm off now to take some ibuprofen, shower, and watch tonight's episode of HIMYM. Can't wait to see how sore I am in the morning, heh!

My hubby wants to buy a bike so we can go biking together. I have a bike that I bought back in 2000 and used exactly four times. I am scared to try it again.

I hope the seat is soft.

I decided yesterday to use my bike more than I have been using it recently. I love to ride it and for awhile it was my main form of transport. I think that, with the proximity of my work places and where I live, I may start that up again while the weather isn't too cold or too hot! I will keep you posted for sure :)

I'm still laughing about "step off my boobs" from the last post! lmao.

VP: You should try it!!

Joe: Yeah, it's pretty soft. :)

Jiggins: Do you ride over where you live? That's pretty busy around there, right? The traffic makes me nervous, hopefully I'll get past that.
