Training is Overrated

Been in training all week... so when I'm at home, after Madison's bedtime and my workout, I'm working. Just a little! So, sorry I've been scarce. The training has been very interesting material, but there's been issue with the equipment and the trainer preparation, so it could be better. I'll still come away with a wealth of knowledge (or at least a lot of free utilities and some good reading).
