Day three at Disneyland was really short - we arrived at 9 am to see that half of America was there... lines were already at an over 45 minute wait, so we chose three rides, stood in line, and got the hell out of there by 12:30. Madison was pretty much done with the walking bit, as well, so it all worked out okay. We were so ready to get out of there, we didn't even buy souvenirs this trip.
The van turned out to be an awesome idea... there was so much room, it had all the right gadgets (stow and go seating, satellite radio, auto-close side doors, to name a few). I think I'd definitely do it again - driving something that big doesn't intimidate me in the least, considering I drove only trucks for about 16 years. Hell, I took it all over town shopping today! BUT, I'm still not ever buying one. I can't wait to get rid of the Mommy car I have now...
My farmer's tan has reached new crazy levels - I don't burn, I get really, really brown. My arms are so damn dark, holy cow. It's soooooo NOT hot! LOL
Madison's vacation finally caught up with her today, she was in bed and asleep at 7:30 p.m. She'd been on such stimulation overload since Wednesday. You know, Disneyland is soooo much fun, no matter how old you are, but seeing it through the eyes of a child is a whole different show. She was so amazed at all the rides, the characters, the little things like the horse shoe tracks in the pavement in Frontier Land, and the flowers blooming everywhere. Soon enough she's gonna grow up and not want to hold my hand or cling to me on roller coasters, so I ate it up! Speaking of roller coasters... that girl, she is a major roller coaster junkie! Definitely gets it from me.
My work email comes through on my cell phone, so I already know what's in store for me tomorrow. It's really not such a bad thing, cause I won't be in shock when I arrive tomorrow, I've already been able to plan some things out and respond to some email needing my attention. On the other hand, I do know what's in store, and I'm not wanting to deal with it. Just a no-win situation. Heh!
So, Internet... how was your week? I feel like I missed a lot around here. Gonna have to catch up on my blog reading.

So glad you had a great time! Sounds like an eventful and fun trip. Makes me want to take one myself. :)
My week was somewhat productive and we got to catch up with some family we have not see in awhile so it was al in all a good week.
But not a Disneyland week. :)
I'm glad you all had a great time! I will probably take Trevor to Disneyworld this year or next. i can't wait to experience it with him for the first time.
Glad you had fun even if day three was one of those crowded days that I HATE at D-Land.
