What's On My iPod

Notorious B.I.G. - "Hypnotize" - I can't listen to this song without moving. I heard it in the car this morning and had this whole car seat dance thing going on.

Bon Jovi - "Lost Highway" - I smile every time I hear this song... The Lost Highway album was really good, I think they've actually released something new? Need to go check that out. Bon Jovi was always a good band, but they've gotten better with age.

Britney Spears - "Circus" - Yeah, I purchased this single on Amazon... I actually paid for a Britney Spears song - the world must be coming to an end. I kid! It is one of I think three tracks I have by her, it's got a really good beat.

Keri Hilson - "Turning Me On" - This is a live performance video, and it's not bad - but the recorded track is more powerful, IMO. An awesome dance track. Kind of a chicks-rule song. :)

Elvis Costello - "Red Shoes" - This is a performance on Top of the Pops dated 1977. 19-freakin-77. One of my favorite Costello songs.

Your music selections mirrors my own.. in some respects. I was driving home the other night and apparently my buddy pulled up next to me, and he and his girl were trying to get my attention - but said he couldn't cuz i was singing all loud! lol.. it was Notorious B.I.G too! funny stuff.

I love Womanizer. It's so freaken catchy - and now I have the whole cd cause my neighbor lent me her copy to listen to and rip. I'm still mostly alternative rock, but I listen to a lot of 20 on 20 in the car with Natalie, so it rubs off on ya. Years ago I would have turned my nose at Brit or not known even one of her songs. I guess it comes with age and motherhood....

Jiggins: Heh... Notorious B.I.G. just cannot be denied a sing-along.

Angi: Womanizer is, ok - I think I'd like the track without her voice... the way she sings "womanizer" over and over grates my nerves, LOL. Yeah, parenthood changes a lot huh? I know WAY more about Spongebob Squarepants than I EVER could have imagined I would.

Jessica: Thanks for stopping by my place! (I see you have great taste in music)

Barbara: I've missed seeing you around!

Not a big Bon Jovi fan inspite of living next to his hometown. I do love an album that the made that rearranged all their classics. I think it's called Sometimes the Left Feels Right...I don't recall, but anyways it's all the old ones done in a new way with some innovative producer. Check it out, you will love.
