She's a Comedian

Madison helped me make more pumpkin spice muffins tonight - don't tell the office, I'm taking muffins in for them tomorrow! After we took the muffins out of the oven, I said "Maddy thanks, you're the best kid ever!"

"No, Mom... I'm the bomb-diggity."

I paused. "You're the bomb-diggity, you said?"

"Yup, that's my job Mommy, to be the bomb-diggity."

I suppose I can't really argue with that.

Ok. I cannot stop laughing at that one!

The other day, Alex was out to lunch with Grandma and my mom. A little girl was peeking over the booth at him and he looked at Grandma and said, "See that girl over there. She wants me".

Where do they come up with this stuff?

Although I'm not big on the holidays, I just KNOW you saved a muffin for me!!

At least you still understand your kids....My daughter speaks in tongues or something LMAO. I get the wut up fatha and much more harder to understand language. Not to mention 12 year old twin daughters that are going to make sure their Dad has a steady supply of Pepto-Bismol on hand at all times. And they were sooooooo adorable when they were young LMAO

I have a sister in her teens now.. and when she was younger she would say things like this.. and I just couldn't get over how fast they absorb things at a young age.. like a sponge right?

Now that she is in her teens.. i worry about all the OTHER things she is saying.. haha.

Bomb-diggity huh? She's so funny. What are the essential job functions of being a bomb-diggity, I wonder. I haven't heard diggity added to the end of something in a long time.
