The End of a Dysfunctional Relationship

Dear iTunes Store:

You and I have had some really good times... you've given me hours of entertainment with music, movies, television shows and more. You've kept me warm on winter nights and filled my iPod with goodies. That's coming to an end, I'm afraid. I'm writing to break up with you, dear iTunes Store. You've got quantity, there's no doubt. But the quality? Not so good. It really is all about the quality. I gave you one last opportunity to redeem yourself by downloading more songs last night, and of course I'm unable to check the bitrate before downloading; you're very deceitful like that. When I completed the downloads they were, unbelievably, at only 128kbs. This just won't do, iTunes Store, because Amazon.com gives me the quality at 256 kbs or higher. Yes, that's right. I'm leaving you for someone else! Amazon may not have the size, but Amazon's definitely got the quality. Maybe I'll keep your address and check once in awhile for movies or television shows, but don't wait by the computer. I'll have to be pretty desperate.

Sincerely,

Lora

I have no idea what you're talking about. I hate when that happens.

That will be the biggest problem with iTunes. Hence my reason for not purchasing anything there, yet. Quality is important.

Yeah, Amazon store has turned out to be pretty seductive, what with it being OS X friendly and all. But I have to stick with iTunes for my television shows, because Unbox does not like them.
