I have this government issued cell phone that the help desk uses to issue me work orders whenever a user calls with a problem. This morning I'd like to run over it repeatedly, sledgehammer it, then set it on fire just to be sure it's very, very DEAD.

I think you need to have a little red book (a black book might look suspicious) that you tell them that you write the names of 'customers' that cry wolf. B) Good luck with the phone.
