So I'm getting out of the shower after my walk, and I see it. A dark blue, painful bruise near my left knee the size of a half dollar. I'm sure I've mentioned this before, all I need is a strong wind to get a bruise. It doesn't help that I'm incredibly clumsy. I could walk into a 30x30 room with only one small table inside, and I'll find a way to bump into it. So how the hell did I get this deep bruise and NOT remember how I got it? I actually took a picture of it but the flash just washes it out, so you'll just have to believe me on this one.
My clumsiness is why I have never been skiing. I just know I'll break something. Probably a good thing I'm afraid of heights, because a mountain ledge probably isn't a good idea either. Have I mentioned I've broken no less than 8 bones? Come on, let's go hiking. :)

I've been skiing once.
Once.
I don't know if I'm clumsy or just uncoordinated. I am hopelessly unathletic. I am definitely going to need someone to teach my son how to throw a baseball - lord knows I can't.
I bruise real easily as well... you may need to add some iron to your diet.
I am the same exact way.
I've haven't broken any bones, but have had to get stitches 5 or 6 times.
Skiing doesn't appeal to me either for similar reasons.
Otto: LOL The idea of falling in the snow isn't my cup of tea, so I get it.
Ken: As much as you like sports, I'm kind of surprised?
Teri: Yes, you could be right. I'll have to start taking those vitamins again.
VP: It's nice to meet others just like me. :)
Molie: I can actually say the only stitches I ever had were for a c-section!
