Customer Service? That's What We Do?

We've provided VPN accounts to administrators so they can work away from work. However, our neither Help Desk nor us techs work after 5:00 or weekends. So how are they supposed to get help when they can't connect from home? I have an administrator that is clearly having trouble connecting from home; I can verify the connection is good and by all accounts should be fine provided she connects properly from home, but she is struggling. Our agency doesn't want to pay us for overtime to be on-call. Honestly, I'd rather be playing with my little girl than making house calls, but I just have to laugh at the way government works sometimes.

We watched Constantine over the weekend. Okay, Keanu Reeves has the emotion of a rock. It was still a great movie.
