What's On My iPod

Parachute - "She is Love" - A perfect example of good, indie rock. But if you watch the video, they're right on the fringe of pretty boy band status, LOL. Don't hate them because they're beautiful?

Switchfoot - "Meant to Live" - This is a song I've just downloaded and listened to a couple of times, this band is new to me... this particular video is from AOL Sessions, it's a live performance.

The Script - "The Man Who Can't Be Moved" - What a chick video (which is not necessarily a bad thing), but the lead singer's facial expressions grate on me a bit. I'm loving this song!

Velvet Revolver - "Slither" - This is a driving song for me... aggressive, loud and fast.

Rick Springfield - "Jessie's Girl" - OMG, I can't believe I found this video online! What teenage girl didn't have a crush on Rick Springfield in the 80's? Damn I must have listened to this song ten billion times.

Didn't Springfield headline a show in Vegas? I think it was EFX at MGM.

Speaking of furloughs in your last post, I'll be taking a few days off without pay, too. The negotiations are continuing, but it's a done deal that I'll lose a few days next school year.
