What's On My iPod

Kid Rock - "All Summer Long" - I know this is one big sampling song, but I like it. The words take me right back to 1989. Life sure was simple then.

Green Jello - "Three Little Pigs"- This arguably one of the worst bands ever. However, ever time I hear this song I crack up, thus I have it in my collection... You can't help but give at least a smirk when you hear the shrilling "Not by the hair of my chinny-chin-chin".

Missing Persons - "Destination Unknown" - This is an 80's band I tend to forget, and I think I know why. I never really heard this on the radio, this was a band I got familiar with only on Mtv for some reason. It's not even played a lot on Sirius radio that I catch either. They're not like Duran Duran or The Cure that still gets major radio play. I always wanted hair just like her...

Kid 'N Play - "2 Hype" - They made some not-so-great movies, but I loved Kid 'N Play's music. This is when hip-hop was all fun, ya know?

Jim Breuer - "Party in the Stomach" - This isn't a music video, but it's still on my iPod. It's a little bit he does with a funny skit to go with it, and I find it highly amusing. Jim Breuer was one of my favorite SNL cast members.

Would it hurt your feelings if I told you I have no idea who these artists are?

LOL Fred - No, not at all. :) I get all of them but Jim Breuer - how do you not know who Jim Breuer the comedian is? He did goat boy on SNL? Starred in "Half Baked"?

I can't believe that you've had a more diverse collection of videos. "2 Hype" is a great memory of when hip-hop and rap were fun. Green Jello (later Jelly due to the a lawsuit by the company) always reminds me of my friend Tracy who loved the song. I think she even saw them live. Great collection.
