The Presents Multiplied Like Bunnies!

We just finished wrapping the last of the Christmas gifts. There's no true appreciation for how much you bought until you start wrapping it all!! Thankfully there's only one thing we'll be spending time assembling on Christmas Eve (and when I say "we", I don't mean me, LOL).

I don't know about you, but by the last four or so gifts of what seems like 100, I lose all care for how pretty it's wrapped. The edges aren't perfect, and the seams may not be totally flat. Ribbons and bows? Fuggetaboutit!

Hahaha, I soooo know what you mean. I've been doing the same ... wrapping and thinking, OMG, where did this all come from !! Fortunately, we don't have anything that needs assembling this year, and no batteries required for anything either (why do things never come with batteries ??

Anyway, just dropping by to say Hi, and to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas, and a safe and Happy New Year.
Hope to be able to drop by more often in the new year.
Take care, hugs Meow xx

Oh, come on now, the last ones should be even prettier than the first, once you get in the groove.
But yes, did you remember the batteries? (and lots extra)
We used to put the batteries in the kid's stockings, which they were allowed to open before we got downstairs - the wrapped presents had to wait until all were there. This gave them hours of anticipation (of course they were down at the tree at 3am) wondering what the batteries were for.

I still have a few more purchases left but I am not big on the wrapping. Especially things that are odd shaped. And it seems that I've purchased more than usual but maybe it's because I started sooner. (There's a research paper for someone in there, I think.)

It always seems to be more after they are all wrapped. Or I just overbuy every year. :)
