Here's what we did yesterday. We only wanted to rip each other's eyes out like two or three times, but no humans (or animals) were actually harmed during this home improvement project. I think we're getting pretty good at the painting, so hopefully the rest of the living room will get done in no time.

It took us about 5 hours to do the whole wall (It's approximately 41 feet long). We had to primer the wall first because of the dark color, which took longer than anything else.

Looks really good. Love the rick dark color. It works well as an accent wall color any more would probably be to dark.
That color scheme you got going is brilliant. I like the brown color--looks great.
Very nice contrast. The sofa now pops against the new color.
