I Love My TV

Have you ever had one of those days where you'd rather have someone repeatedly slam your head in a sliding glass door instead of be at work? I had one of those days today - and it's not over, cause the nuclear fallout will still be there tomorrow. But I'm one step closer to finishing the cleanup (my silver lining). I can compare my current mess to finding a single cockroach on a wall - you know there are 10,000 more of them, you just don't know where they are.

Enough bitching about work. My Name is Earl and CSI start tonight! YESSSSSS! I still haven't watched Studio 60, but that's the beauty of DVR. I'm really looking forward to it considering all of your praise I've been reading!

I actually was curious about Studio 60 and caught the beginning of it at work... and stayed... and stayed until it ended. It was slow so I was able to do this. Unexpectedly, a very well created first episode (and added it to my Tivo season pass.) Haven't seen the new Earl or Biggest Loser yet (both on season pass also) but I'm curious to see what the first episode of Jericho is like.

We have finally made it through the Monday night Tivo'd shows and I was glued to the TV for last night's Gray's Anatomy. We Tivo'd CSI and will catch that when we get back from the weekend.

So far, it appears that the new season of TV will be worth staying home to watch. Studio 60 was just sharp and smart and fun to watch. I fear that its doppleganger, 30 Rock will have large shoes to fill.

You so need to watch Studio 60.

The new fall season definitely looks like it is going to have some very good shows. Can't wait to watch the CSI premiere.

I missed most of Earl. :(
CSI was pretty good though. And ER is off to a good start.

Damn-- hope you had a better day at work today. And for your sake, I hope the madness ends soon. Would hate to see you actually have to resort to the whole sliding-door bashing. lol

I'm with ya on the TV thing, my shows didn't disappoint at all last night and from the previews, I'm gonna love where they're taking me this season.

Have a great weekend with the family!

Earl was just ok last night. Being a Joy centric show it should have had more laughs. Comparing the Ferderlines to royalty was the funniest bit for me.

CSI was great! It started off slow but my goodness, the ending! Wow! I was crying for Catherine, she was being so strong. And where the hell was Nick? I am so mad at him! Now sure how I feel about the whole Grissom and Sarah thing, but the sandwich thing was cute. Next week looks to be good too, but maybe a hard one to watch. Catherine is my favorite so anytime she has it bad I hate it.

Grey's...I am drained from so much good TV. Please refer to my current post for more!

Only two days until the next Studio 60! Hope they keep up the great work!

Oh and I don't normally watch Earl or The Office, but caught them both and Earl was okay, a little weird but okay. The Office was great!

I don't watch much TV other than sports, but CSI is one of the ones I look for. Since we got a new DVR, (I'm a little slow) I'm loving the fact I can watch it on Saturday mornings when everyone is sleeping.
