I love four day weekends.

Greetings and Salutations!

We bought a little pool for Madison today... I can't wait to use it tomorrow. I haven't uploaded any pictures to the daily zeitgeist for awhile, what a horrible parent I am!! I need to work on that - hopefully I'll get some tomorrow. It was the temperature of Hell here in Las Vegas all weekend, so we stayed indoors and at home for most of it.

Tomorrow is a free day for me, so Madison and I are going to hang with my friend Kim. Her son is quite a few months younger than Madison, so they're not really playmates yet... but we have them dating already. :)

Must... go... read... Harry Potter.

Lora, I don't think hell is quite as hot as it has been here in Vegas. Its 9 PM now and its still above 100.

Is Madison robbing the cradle?

I think you may need to add some ice cubes to the pool tomorrow, it is still suppose to be about 115 degrees.

I'm attempting to get a 3-day weekend soon. I'm crossing my fingers. If I do, I'll start reading it. I'm sure I'll finish by the time the Goblet Of Fire comes to theaters.

Hi Lora. Thanks for stopping by my blog today. I'll give yours a drive-by reading after this post.

Early review on the new Harry Potter book from my kids is a definite thumbs up. I get it after them, so I'll wait patiently.

I saw your pics of Madison and she is such a cutie! How old is she now?
My neice is almost 8 months and I can't believe how fast they grow up.

davygrey - you're right, Hell is probably not as hot.

Teri - She is robbing the cradle! Her little beau is only 6 months old. :) The pool is under the patio so the water is really nice...she won't play in it if it's cold water.

Martin - take that 3-day weekend! It's good for the soul. You work so hard, you deserve a break.

Fred - thanks for stopping by!!

Jennifer - Thank you! Madison is a bit over 13 months now. She is changing almost every day - they do grow up so darn fast.
