I wouldn't mind that kind of technological advancement.Martinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02770200801562699724noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8968216.post-1146022558432811292006-04-25T20:35:00.000-07:002006-04-25T20:35:00.000-07:00I think I witnessed the accident you are talking a...I think I witnessed the accident you are talking about. I had to stay and give the police a statement. I remember sitting there hearing the ambulance sirens but it seemed to take forever to get to us. People here are so stupid and self-centered when they drive, I've never seen anything like it.

Check out my post about my drive into work today...it's related!Cupcake Blondehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10588999664483664504noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8968216.post-1146021714844038402006-04-25T20:21:00.000-07:002006-04-25T20:21:00.000-07:00Nik: People with cell phones on in hospitals are ...Nik: People with cell phones on in hospitals are truly annoying. It is sad so many just don't care, isn't it.

Amy: I pull over when flashing lights are coming from the other direction as well. You never really know when they might be coming right at you!

Ken: Rudeness is plenty rampant, I agree.

Jas: I'm sure I'm going to be one of those old ladies driving like mad and giving everyone the bird. But I'll still pull over for flashing lights!

Barbara: Be sure to get me your address too, I'd love to get a postcard into your mailbox too. :)

Lily: I, too, see cops abusing the emergency lights to get through red lights and traffic congestion. I work near a police station and I have witnessed many times the cops on their way back to the station flashing their lights and sirens just to get through a red light, then to continue normally until the next traffic light when the sirens come on again.Lilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04767398015810855873noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8968216.post-1145988153583235982006-04-25T11:02:00.000-07:002006-04-25T11:02:00.000-07:00That sure is a cool postcard! But when she gets behind the wheel of a car, she instantly turns into a sadistic, angry, gesturing maniac.

I think it's human nature, save the few of us who somehow remove ourselves from that tendency. Between people on their cell phones, people driving like idiots and the like I find myself getting more and more aggrevated.Kenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05744575738815184510noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8968216.post-1145972307862261302006-04-25T06:38:00.000-07:002006-04-25T06:38:00.000-07:00Could not agree with you more, Loo. You just never know. But sitting in traffic, on the verge of being Los Angeles worthy, is frustrating enough to make me hyper sensitive to all things annoying -- ambulance ignorers and graffiti alike. Can you tell the graffiti is still under my skin?New White Kedshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07697194314162474469noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8968216.post-1145943820339627322006-04-24T22:43:00.000-07:002006-04-24T22:43:00.000-07:00You and I are on the same page with this one. I also can't stand people who have their cell phones on in hospitals or people who don't get over into the farther lane when cops have someone pulled over. I know that there are times when you just can't get over, but there are so many people who just don't care.

Can't wait to see your postcard from Meow.Nikhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09929387083337422424noreply@blogger.com
